The Real Estate Education Center offers an array of correspondence and online courses developed and offered though our relationship with The School of Mortgage Lending for the many and varied areas of mortgage lending. Students can choose courses such as the Principles of Mortgage Origination, FHA/VA Lending Basics, Conventional Processing, Underwriting the Conventional Loan, and more. Our learning system combines the best of correspondence and online delivery methods. The student receives a comprehensive text, in manual form, which can be used long after the course is finished. And by utilizing the technology of online homework processing, the student benefits from the efficiency and convenience of the electronic age. Because mortgage lending is an industry that is highly dependent upon regulatory compliance and federal standards, the School makes sure its courses are regularly updated.
