the identical course but does not contain chapters on FHA and VA lending.

The Regulatory Study Guide, Federal is a detailed
review of laws governing mortgage. Applied Regs
is a study of what happens when a case winds up in court. |
These choices give the manger needed to tools
to stay in compliance and to understand the "rules".
There are many other special market courses that may be valuable
such as Lending to New Americans, New Construction and Rehab, and
Underwriting the FHA Loan. |
